As I’ve recently posted on LinkedIn I’ve been a part of JDriven for seven years. This is as close to its conception as I could get. In this post I’ll try to explain what it means for me to be a part of this awesome company.

More often than not this passion exceeds my own. Effectively, this means that we are all willing to go the extra mile. It’s such a privilege to work at a company that can boast having several speakers and aspires to be the partner of our clients. But that is just part of it. When it comes down to it JDriven truly invests in us (the consultants). Outside of our technical qualities and education we get support in becoming the best we can be. And not just through soft skill trainings but more so through the stimulation of helping one another.

I briefly mentioned that part of my pride stems not from my own achievements, but from what my colleagues have achieved. It’s worth mentioning that my personal goals are getting support as we speak; and from these colleagues I speak of. And the thing is that this is something we can be the most proud of; We are truly there for each other. Whether it’s in writing a new blog post or a book, preparing a small talk for colleagues or at an international conference. There really is no difference in the way we are there for each other.

We truly commit, develop and share. Not just technically, but personally as well.

Being a part of this has made me a happier person, a better consultant and a proud colleague. And looking at the future, I can only say it looks bright.
